Job Title
Management Trainee (Merchandising)
【How You Contribute】
As a Management Trainee
1) Support managers in generating front-end business insights and evaluating performance by reports or data analysis.
2) Conduct market research and competitive analysis with a result of a concise presentation in logical strategic-thinking.
3) Collaborate with other functions/brands on project-basis to create more synergy with innovation.
Within Merchandising Function
1) Create product story telling contents including outfits and color with creativity and sports insights
2) Be responsible for product movements and order process with all business channels in the light of regular replenishment and consolidation to increase inventory efficiency
3) Support line manager and team to streamline all systematic process including product master file and system upload/sample room/catalogue process & online order system.
【Role Qualifications】
1) Passionate at outdoor and retail business. Love sports.
2) Eager to learn with inner drive to achieve more and commit to impact.
3) Good at communication as a team player to achieve better win-win situations.
4) Detail driven with comprehensive knowledge in Microsoft office software (especially Excel & PPT).

【How You Contribute】
As a Management Trainee
1) Support managers in generating front-end business insights and evaluating performance by reports or data analysis.
2) Conduct market research and competitive analysis with a result of a concise presentation in logical strategic-thinking.
3) Collaborate with other functions/brands on project-basis to create more synergy with innovation.
Within Marketing Function
1) Conduct market research with logical analysis to identify market needs and preferences with insights of market key players in sports industry.
2) Contribute relevant initiatives and implementing them to address the gaps and leverage opportunities
3) Develop marketing plans and campaigns follouwing with detail monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

【How You Contribute】
As a Management Trainee
1) Support managers in generating front-end business insights and evaluating performance by reports or data analysis.
2) Conduct market research and competitive analysis with a result of a concise presentation in logical strategic-thinking.
3) Collaborate with other functions/brands on project-basis to create more synergy with innovation.
Within E-comm Function
1) Plan and execute e-commerce marketing content on major platforms with daily monitoring and optimization via multiple channels, such as live broadcast planning, shopping, subscription, micro-detail, buyer's show, and etc.
2) Support the shop manager in developing annual and monthly sales planning for the e-commence to achieve performance targets.
3) Be responsible for the daily operation of the shop, responsible for shop details page compilation and optimization, page display, product display, to ensure a high-quality online visual shopping experience
